We have had a great week at Rotherham.
On Saturday we supported the children’s capital of culture events at New York stadium.
We had great participation and shared the good news that the trust had just earned the English Football League award for community work. An accolade that for us is a grassroots provider gives us so much confidence to keep on pushing boundaries with the work that we do.
Credit goes to everyone at the trust for putting the hard work in in the background, to allow providers like us the opportunity to support young people in the area.
The impact on their lives and their families’ lives is really the payoff for the work that we do.
This is the fourth award which has been given out to our partner Organisations, and we are proud to play our part again on this one.
Thanks to Jonny Allen at the trust for sticking with us through the challenges we faced over the last 12 months, we will continue to do our best to support the young people of Rotherham and their families.
Thanks to Zoe for inviting us to the Capital of Culture Event, my son enjoyed meeting some of the players who were kind enough to pose for photographs and of course Miller bear for getting involved with a musical Jam.
